Your ride is only as strong as the body behind it. Fitness is the foundation for handling tough terrain, riding longer, and performing at your best. Strength, power, and endurance aren't optional—they're essential.

MUSCLE IS ARMOR

The more muscle you have, the more likely you are to survive the unexpected impacts that can occur. Muscle acts as armor to the human body and helps to protect your joints. Resistance training increases bone density. Stronger bones are harder to break. Both of which we do on the bike.

DIRT BIKING IS A FULL

TRAIN TO WITHSTAND THE RIDE.

Dirt biking is a total body workout, so you need to train the whole body. It is a unit and should be trained as one. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio equipment, bands and gravity all to our advantage to get the most out of the gym. We don’t advertise unrealistic fairy tales, or promote 10 day juice cleanses.

Not only does Enduro Method provide a total body workout but we also focus on strengthening the areas prone to injury and fatigue on the bike. The body is a complex mechanism, no system works independently from any other. No different from how the muscular and cardiovascular systems are intertwined. It is not enough to do cardio with no strength training and vice a versa. It all must be trained to work together. Enduro Method provides a path to follow that takes all the guesswork out of the equation.
