Professional Amateur dirt bike training.

Treats him or herself like a professional athlete.

They do what they can when they can to constantly stack small wins over time.

In the gym, on the bike, with their nutrition and lifestyle.

The professional amateur is not stuck, and trying to live out their days never improving. In fact it is the opposite. It is someone who does not get paid to ride. But treats themselves like they did.

They eat, sleep and breath, improvement. Not settling for average. Chasing goals and making time to see them through.

Life is busy, and if we do not get paid to ride, we have to work to support our sport, we have families, full time jobs, and other responsibilities to attend to.

But we still make time to actively pursue our passion.

The choices we make, influence our commitment to riding. The time we spend in the gym getting stronger and more durable, improving our mental and cardiovascular systems, is not frivolous or time wasted, but instead getting us closer to our goals.

The food we ingest, dictates how we feel and the energy we have to allocate toward our endeavors.

The sleep we get determines how we show up each and every day to tackle the obstacles before us.

Every day is an opportunity to make progress on the road to becoming a better and more well rounded dirt biker.

No one cares if you get better. But you do.

It is a dark and lonely road that is before us, some will come along until it gets challenging...Then they will fade away, and try to pull you with them. They will whisper in your ear, offering distractions and an easier path, but obsession does not allow for detours, it demands adherence. Adherence to the drive that is in each and everyone of us.

The Professional Amateur is a mindset and lived through action.

A lot of people talk, a lot of people give a laundry list of reasons why they or you can't do something....But it is all noise.

The Professional Amateur does not settle, does not make excuses, but does the things that others will not.
